Business Architect - Global Legal Transformation Remote (U.Occasional travel to New York, NY$90-$115/hour | ContractRobert Half is seeking an experienced Business Architect to support a global legal transformation initiative. This role will drive business architecture, operating model design, capability mapping, process optimization, and legal technology strategy within a complex, highly regulated environment. Develop legal business capability models, value streams, and target operating models Translate legal strategy into transformation roadmaps and business requirements Partner with Legal, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Operations leaders Lead process improvement, capability assessments, and operating model design Support legal technology initiatives, including CLM, matter management, legal intake, and AI solutions Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Operating Model Design, or Transformation experience Experience within legal, financial services, consulting, or other regulated environments Experience aligning business strategy, technology, and data initiatives Legal Operations, Legal Transformation, CLM, or Legal Technology experience preferredTOGAF, CBAP, PMP, or related certifications are a plus Business Architect Legal Operations Legal Transformation Strategy & Transformation Manager*
