Director of Benefits & Leaves Strategy

Fort Bend ISD is seeking a Director of HR Benefits and Leaves to lead benefits, wellness, leave administration, and ADA accommodations across the district. You will oversee compliance, vendor relationships, reporting, and program design, driving continuous improvement and employee-focused service delivery. The role requires strategic leadership, deep knowledge of FMLA/ADA and self-funded plans, and strong collaboration with district leaders and vendors to align benefits with district goals.
