Job Description: Lead Landscape Foreman — $35–$50/Hour Loofs Landscaping and Snow Removal LLC We’re hiring an experienced Lead Landscape Foreman to lead crews, manage daily fieldwork, and deliver quality results for our commercial landscape customers. Pay and benefits: $35–$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Take-home company vehicle. Two weeks of PTO available from your start date. Guaranteed 40 hours per week during the winter guarantee period, December 1–March 15.
Responsibilities: Lead and train landscape crew members. Coordinate daily assignments and keep projects on schedule. Perform and oversee landscape maintenance, cleanups, pruning, and installation work. Operate equipment safely and maintain a professional jobsite. Communicate job progress, equipment needs, and customer concerns. Participate in winter snow and ice operations.
Qualifications: At least five years of verifiable landscaping experience. Ability to lead a crew and maintain consistent quality. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements. Dependable attendance and clear communication.
