Background Required: Proven experience as an Industrial Sewing Specialist or similar role. Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines. Knowledge of different fabrics, stitches, and sewing techniques. Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
