Manager of Property Accounting

Key responsibilities: Serve as the operational lead for Property Accounting, managing the overall month-end close across property issuers Oversee cash accounting and reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate reflection of cash activity in the books Partner with cross-functional teams to establish accounting processes for new property-related products and initiativesRequired qualifications 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in real estate Experience leading accounting operations and managing month-end close processes Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation Experience managing accounting across multiple entities or complex investment portfolios Demonstrated ability to investigate complex accounting issues and drive solutions independently
