Key Skills & Experience:
- Finance, accounting, budgeting, and payroll
- Payroll taxes, wage laws, and ACA reportingGASBY experience preferred
- Retirement systems: ERS/TRSAccounts receivable and check processingW-2/1099 processing and year-end reportingEFT, ACH, and Positive Pay files
- State reporting and fiscal year-end processingHR, bidding, and financial systems administration
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong payroll and accounting background
- Knowledge of tax laws and fiscal procedures
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to train others and work in a high-profile, accuracy-focused environment
