Field Services Team Lead: Outdoor Cleaning & Supervision

Block by Block is seeking a Team Leader to manage front-line Ambassadors, coordinate daily shifts, and ensure safety and quality in public spaces. You will supervise tasks, brief the team, and report to the Operations Manager. Strong customer service, leadership, and outdoor work readiness are essential.
