- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 4–5 years of progressive accounting experience; a mix of public accounting and SaaS industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Proficiency with NetSuite.
- Hands-on experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and monthly flux analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Experience using Avalara for sales tax registration and monthly sales tax activity reconciliation.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini is a plus.
