Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)Ledcor Group is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our telecom construction crews. Projects rotate across Arizona and surrounding states, roughly every four weeks, with travel required and LOA provided. A strong civil/utility background and ability to read drawings are essential. You will operate a CAT 308 mini excavator, excavate around utilities, assist with conduit placement, and perform routine maintenance while maintaining safety standards and team communication.
