Requirements
Qualifications:
Certain required qualifications may be obtained within 90 days of hire, depending on theposition's needs and organizational requirements.18+ years old.
Must available early mornings, afternoons, and/or weekends.
Ability to work effectively with members, staff and volunteers.
YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor Certification (YSLI):
- American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer (CPRO) - Must be renewed annually
- American Red Cross First Aid certification
- American Red Cross Emergency Oxygen Administration
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or other languages.
