This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven manager who thrives under pressure and knows how to build, lead, and retain large teams while driving continuous improvement.
Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Production experience - Background in manufacturing or another high-throughput, high-pressure operating environment
- Automation & systems management -Recent, hands-on experience with automation and the daily management of systems and the support groups that maintain them
- Labor force management- Proven track record of successful staffing, retention, and workforce planning at scale
- Team leadership- Recent experience leading large teams
Preferred Qualifications: LEAN / Continuous Improvement (CI) experience
