Commercial HVAC Mobile Technician

What You'll Do: Performpreventivemaintenance, troubleshooting, andrepairsoncommercialHVACsystems, withaprimaryfocusonrooftopunits(RTUs)andrelatedequipment. Travelbetweenassignedsitesusingacompany-providedservicevehicletosupportaportfoliooftelecommunicationsfacilities. Diagnoseandrepairmechanical, electrical, andbuildingsystemissuestomaximizeequipmentreliabilityandperformance. Completelightplumbing, electrical, andgeneralmaintenancetasksasneededtosupportfacilityoperations. Reviewassignedworkorders, identifyrequiredmaterials, estimaterepairtimes, anddocumentworkperformed. Inspectequipmentandbuildingsystemstoensurecompliancewithsafetyregulations, buildingcodes, andcompanystandards. Supportenergyefficiencyinitiativesbyidentifyingopportunitiestoimprovesystemperformanceandreduceoperatingcosts. Assistwiththeinstallation, modification, andimprovementofbuildingequipmentandsystems. Communicateeffectivelywithclients, teammembers, andmanagementregardingmaintenanceactivities, repairstatus, andoperationalconcerns. Maintainaccurateservicerecordsandensureallworkiscompletedsafely, professionally, andonschedule.

What You'll Need: HighSchoolDiploma, GED, ortradeschooldiplomawith1-2yearsofrelatedexperience. Inlieuofadiploma, acombinationofeducationandexperiencewillbeconsidered. Validdriver'slicensewiththeabilitytooperateacompanyservicevehicle. ExperienceservicingcommercialHVACsystems, includingtroubleshootingandrepairingrooftopunits(RTUs).Workingknowledgeofbuildingmechanical, electrical, andplumbingsystems. Abilitytoreadandinterpretworkorders, equipmentdocumentation, andtechnicalinformation. Strongtroubleshootingandproblem-solvingskillswithacustomer-focusedmindset. Basicproficiencywith MicrosoftOfficeapplications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Abilitytoorganizeandprioritizeworkindependentlyacrossmultiplelocations. Abilitytofollowestablishedproceduresandsafetyprotocols. Physicalabilitytostand, walk, climbladders, workinvaryingenvironmentalconditions, andlift/carryupto50poundsormore.
