Apply for this role →Serving as the primary reviewer for international artist visa applications, the full-time Visa Services Advisor will manage visa service support and fiscal sponsorship operations while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate artist visa application materials and correspond with international artists and attorneys regarding documentation and application status
Respond to member inquiries and educate them on fiscal sponsorship policies and available resources
Maintain accurate records and assist with operational initiatives, including onboarding calls and fundraising material reviews
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience with web-based software (e.g., Slack, Google Drive, Zendesk)
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
Experience in customer service with a focus on patience and professionalism
Fluency in written and spoken English
