Direct Hire (Full Time)Location/Travel: This role requires working onsite at a designated home care center and traveling to other care centers across the Phoenix area, with occasional travel to Tucson at least once a month. Mileage is reimbursed for Tucson travel.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 annually + Up to a 10% annual bonus
Job Description:
PURPOSE OF THE JOBThis role will be responsible for inventory management tasks for our client. The incumbent will manage inventory and keep records of the inventory, monitor and coordinate with Finance all budget requirements, and respond to and resolve complaints and problems related to inventory. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS1. Required Work Experience 5 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management or procurement 1 year of experience executing contracts 2. Required Education High School Diploma or GED3. Required Licenses An Active Arizona fingerprint clearance card An Active Arizona Driver’s license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation 4. Required Clinic Protocols This position will complete all necessary onboarding/orientation activities, as needed or directed including: Completion of N95 Mask Fit Testing within 30 days of hire. Completion of all required vaccinations to work in clinic before clinic start date. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1. Preferred Work Experience 5 years’ work experience in business administration or in business environment executing contracts and maintaining scheduled tasks supporting scope of work 2. Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) or Certified Healthcare Resource Materials Manager (CHRMM)Alteryx Core CertificationESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate directly with care center staff to monitor supply levels. Manage inventory of medical supplies to ensure availability for patient care. Place orders for medical supplies and negotiate prices with vendors. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for storing and overseeing medical supplies. Coordinate with clinical staff to understand supply needs and preferences. Manage the distribution of medical supplies to appropriate departments and locations; this includes managing the inventory for physician dispensing. Partner with Clinical Compliance Officer and Senior Manager – Care Delivery Operations to develop and implement policies and procedures for supply management. Maintain accurate records of supply transactions and inventory levels. Analyze data to evaluate practice and implement needs. Focus on patient experience, minimize waste, and control costs. Collaborate with various vendors to orchestrate care center inventory needs. Monitor and resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions or inconsistencies within the clinics. Participate in various weekly project meetings. Project Manage with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. This position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week. Working hours may include extended hours. Travel to various client sites to coordinate asset deliveries or provide access to vendors. This position requires 100% on-site work at all clients' clinics.
