Tech M/ Microsoft The pay range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. This Position is Open for Contracting as well and the rate is $60/hr C2C MaxRole Summary Looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong experience in ecommerce and transactional product design, specifically around checkout and payment experiences across web and mobile platforms. Candidate should have expertise in design systems, accessibility, and enterprise collaboration.
Must-Have:
Skills Ecommerce & Transactional UXExperience designing checkout, payment, and transaction flows Focus on conversion optimization, error reduction, and usability Design Systems & Frameworks Hands-on with Microsoft Fluent UIExposure to React / Angular component-based design AccessibilityStrong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards Experience designing accessible and inclusive UIDesign ToolsExpert in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, design systems) Exposure to tools like Miro / Adobe Suite is a plus User Research & Validation Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and user research Data-driven design decision making
Experience Required:
- 5+ years in UI/UX design (web/mobile)
- Proven experience delivering user-centered digital productsStrong collaboration with Product Managers & Engineers
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Good to Have
- Experience with enterprise-scale applications
- Knowledge of responsive/adaptive design, localization, and performance
- Exposure to developer-facing / API-driven productsStrong portfolio showing end-to-end design ownership
- NoteShare candidates with relevant ecommerce/payment UX experience only
- Portfolio is mandatory
- Prefer profiles with Fluent UI + accessibility experience
