Senior Software Engineer - AI Agent Runtime (On-site NYC)

Helios is hiring a Staff/Senior Software Engineer, Agent Engineering in New York City. You will own and advance the agent runtime powering Proxi’s research, analysis, and action capabilities, ensuring safe tool use, source-grounded outputs, and scalable agent workflows. Work closely with the CTO and founding team to push the boundaries of regulated, high-stakes systems, with on-site collaboration in SoHo five days per week.
