Accounting Automation Implementation & Management Specialist Design, implement, and oversee robotic process automation (RAP) solutions to automate routine and repetitive accounting tasks, ensuring they align with the firm's operational goals. Monitor the performance of automated processes, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and accuracy. Manage a team of accountants and support staff, providing guidance on workflow management, task prioritization, and problem-solving. Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance or compliance issues. Create and deliver training materials and sessions to educate employees on new automation tools, accounting systems, and best practices. Assist team members in understanding and utilizing new technologies and processes, ensuring they are proficient and confident in their roles. Manage key client relationships and accounts, ensuring that client needs are met and service delivery standards are maintained. Utilize UI Path, Quickbooks, Canopy, Podium.
