Modular DMC Program Manager

BLOX LLC is seeking a driven DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution within our Design Manufacture Construct delivery model. This role blends office-based program leadership with selective onsite oversight during critical milestones. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of relevant experience in construction or manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while managing schedules, costs, and stakeholder expectations.
