Global Head of Philanthropy & Major Gifts

PATH is a global nonprofit dedicated to achieving health equity. The Head of Philanthropy will lead individual and family giving, building trusted relationships with donors and shaping a philanthropy function that is strategic and relationship-centered. Reporting to the Chief Global Health Programs Officer, this leader will manage a team of about six, align investments with PATH's priorities, and collaborate with executive leadership, program teams, and the Board to maximize impact.
