Senior Construction Project Manager - AI Data Center Delivery We're hiring for a Neocloud building multi-gigawatt-scale data centers - multiple sites running concurrently with a maximum trust environment. This is a construction leadership role - You'll own the master schedule from mobilization to turnover, run the budget and change-order process end to end, and be the single point of accountability for delivery. Please note, this is a remote role however there is significant travel expected - 80% travel. Why join: You're building the model that replaces traditional construction management. What you'll own: Integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning (P6 / MS Project)Project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance - weekly earned-value reporting Phase-gate and design reviews, RACI ownership, full contract lifecycle from RFP to close-out Long-lead and critical-path risk (transformers, chillers, switchgear) — you flag it and drive the fix Cross-functional delivery teams - PMs, construction managers, superintendents
