Assembly TechnicianLocation: Oakwood Village, Ohio Company: Swift Filters Industry: Automotive, Furnace, and Chemical Filtration Job Type: Full-Time Work Environment: Family-owned, team-oriented cultureJob Description: We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our production team as Assembly Technicians. You will be responsible for assembling both large and small filter components used across various industries. This includes: Folding and pleating filtersUsing glue guns and hand tools to assemble filtersPreparing parts for shipmentTransporting products to the next production stage using bins, trays, or cartsCompleting required production documentation prior to final inspectionQualifications & Requirements: Experience in small part assembly and manufacturing with consistent work history preferredSpot welding experience is a plus and may qualify for a higher pay rateExcellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationFamiliarity with hand tools and measuring instruments (e.g., tape measure, ruler) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructionsGood attendance record and teamwork skillsLooking for loyal, genuine individuals committed to quality work in a collaborative environment
