AI Innovation Attorney

Responsibilities: Advising attorneys across practice groups on effective and responsible uses of AI in legal work. Serving as a power user and internal resource for generative AI and legal technology tools, including Harvey. Developing and delivering AI training, workshops, one-on-one guidance, and educational materials. Creating prompt libraries, playbooks, and best practices to support consistent AI adoption across the Firm. Collaborating with attorneys to identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow improvements. Designing, testing, and refining AI prompts, workflows, and tailored solutions for legal tasks. Turning successful use cases into repeatable solutions that can be adopted across matters and teams. Supporting the evaluation and testing of AI platforms and legal technology tools to ensure they meet attorney needs and client service standards.

Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.5+ years of substantive legal experience in a law firm, in litigation or corporate/transactional practice. Strong understanding of legal workflows, work product standards, and client service expectations. Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Harvey, Legora, ChatGPT, or Claude, with familiarity in prompt and context engineering. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to attorneys of varying experience levels. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
