Remote Cloud Documentation Specialist

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Writer for a fully remote contract role aligned to EST or CST hours. The writer will create and manage technical content, improve internal knowledge resources, and support cloud operations and platform engineering teams. Responsibilities include producing docs, collaborating with engineering, tracking changes, and maintaining Jira/Confluence content. AWS knowledge and markdown skills are preferred; FedRAMP exposure is a plus.
