Cabinet Maker and Installer

Job Description: We are a high end commercial and residential millwork company and we are looking for an experienced millworker/ cabinet maker and installer to join our team full time. Job requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:-Minimum 3 years working in a millwork/woodworking shop setting-Background in Cabinet Making-Proficient with all shop equipment and practices: table saws, panel saws, routers, laminating, etc.-Gathers and tracks all required tools, equipment, and hardware throughout given project(s).-Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and diagrams-Basic knowledge of math and measurements.-Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and complete jobs with demanding deadlines while keeping great attention to detail.-Maintains strong knowledge of in-line assembly processes, systems, and tools.-Highly motivated and high level of initiative; confidence to work independently and with a team.-Communicate with other departments clearly about project status when elements are completed/passed into next department.-Strong record of reliable attendance and punctuality-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment-Must be trustworthy and have clean background check/references-Works well in a team environment-Good problem solving skills with great attention to detail-Must be a good communicator-Resourceful go-getter attitude with desire for career advancement and increased responsibility
