Schedule: Per Diem
Pay Range: $38.00 - $47.00 / Hourly
Shift: Day shift
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pmAbout this role
Per Diem, Speech Therapist, Home Care, Emerson Health, Concord, MAJob Summary Reporting to the Rehabilitation Team Lead, the Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for comprehensive patient management including evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention, and patient/family education for development and implementation of individualized care planning in the home setting. Opportunities include working directly in a multidisciplinary fashion, including specialty care groups such as Parkinson's Disease, Covid Recovery and Post-Acute Stroke care. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical skills in Speech-Language Pathology, with opportunity for clinical growth through education, in-services, and care management groups. This Home Care environment offers family-friendly, flexible hours.
Minimum Qualifications: EducationMasters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Experience: At least one year prior Acute or Rehab experience is preferred. Licensure and/or CertificationMA SLP license. BLS required within 30 days from hire.

  • Compensation includes hourly pay for training, education, orientation, meetings, and other non-clinical responsibilities. Clinical visits are paid at a base rate of $65 per visit, adjusted according to case weight.
