- Core Requirements·
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher·
- Recognized English teaching certification (TESOL / TEFL / TESL – CELTA or equivalent preferred)·
- Minimum of 1 year ESL teaching experience·
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and teaching excellence
- Professional Qualifications (Preferred)·
- Advanced ESL qualifications (Level 5 equivalent or higher such as CELTA, TKT, DipTESOL, PGCE, MEd, PhDEd)·
- Continuous professional development (CPD) participation·
- Experience with international learners
- Language Capability Requirements·
- English proficiency at CEFR C1 (or equivalent) is required·
- Proficiency in at least one additional language at CEFR B1+ or higher is strongly preferred
Teaching ScopeYou may support either young learners or adult learners depending on teaching allocation.
Students may include: School-aged learners University students Working professionals Adult learners seeking conversational fluency
