Insight Global is looking to hire Automation & Controls Technicians to join a growing advanced manufacturing client in Arizona.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical equipment issues, including servo motors and precision sensors.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to support continuous manufacturing operations.
Diagnose equipment failures and repair or replace faulty components as needed.
Read and troubleshoot PLC logic to identify and resolve equipment issues.
Troubleshoot VFD-driven motors and related controls.
Required Skills & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.3+ years of experience troubleshooting PLC logic.
Experience troubleshooting VFD-driven motors.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Nice to Have: Experience working with Mitsubishi PLCs.
Duration: Direct hire
Compensation:
- Tech II (3-6 years): $28-35/hour
- Tech III (7-15+ years): $36-45/hour
