Duties include communicating project status to management, collaborating with circuit design and mechanical engineers to ensure proper form, fit, and function, and participating in peer reviews and design milestone reviews. This role requires extensive experience with the Cadence Allegro design tool suite, high-density multilayer boards, and routing of high-speed digital, analog, and controlled-impedance circuits. The ideal candidate will prepare artwork for fabrication, manage footprint/symbol libraries, and apply knowledge of IPC standards while supporting the avionics design lifecycle.
