Remote Real Estate Title Underwriter Attorney

Ardán is seeking an experienced title underwriting professional to support real estate closings in Texas and neighboring states. You will work with title examiners, agents and underwriters to determine insurability, assess risks and prepare guidelines for staff and clients. The role requires strong knowledge of Texas real estate law, 5+ years in title insurance, and the ability to present courses to agents and attorneys. Some travel within the region is expected.
