Senior Counsel, Global Network & Infrastructure Deals

Akamai Technologies is seeking a Senior Counsel, Network & Infrastructure Commercial Transactions to partner with cross-functional teams and shape strategic legal counsel for global infrastructure initiatives. You will advise on complex procurement and technology agreements, including data center leases, colocation, bandwidth and related services, while managing risk, templates, and negotiations across geographies, with a focus on scalable, compliant cloud and network solutions.
