Research And Development Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead product development, validation, and reliability testing for new and existing products Manage a team of 2–5 engineers focused on testing, failure analysis, and design improvement Oversee field and lab testing efforts (life testing, environmental testing, etc.) Analyze warranty/field data and drive corrective actions Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality to solve product issues Own project planning, resource management, and engineering documentation

Qualifications: B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related); Master’s preferred 6+ years in R&D, product validation/reliability, or product engineering 2+ years leading engineering teams Skilled in FMEA, RCA, CAE tools, SolidWorks, MATLAB Strong communication and cross-functional leadership
