Apply for this role →Timekeeper Position We are seeking an experienced Timekeeper to support a refinery Turnaround project. This position will be responsible for accurately tracking contractor time, reviewing time records, and supporting daily timekeeping requirements in a fast-paced refinery environment. The ideal candidate will have previous Chevron Contractor TRACK experience and a strong understanding of refinery, construction, or Turnaround timekeeping processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily timekeeping for contractors working on a refinery Turnaround Enter, review, and maintain accurate time records in Chevron Contractor TRACKTrack regular and overtime hours for employees working a 6x 10 Turnaround schedule Review time entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and project personnel regarding timekeeping issues Ensure time is submitted accurately and within required deadlines Maintain organized timekeeping records and documentation Assist with reporting and reconciliation of labor hours throughout the Turnaround Support additional administrative timekeeping needs as required by the project
Qualifications:
Previous Chevron Contractor TRACK experience Previous experience as a timekeeper in a refinery, oil and gas
