Registered Nurse - Endoscopy/GI

Responsibilities: Perform pre-procedure assessments and obtain patient histories. Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures, ensuring equipment is prepared and functioning properly. Monitor patients' vital signs and sedation levels throughout procedures. Document procedures and patient responses accurately in compliance with hospital protocols. Provide post-procedure care, including patient education and recovery monitoring. Adhere to all safety, infection control, and emergency response procedures.

Qualifications: Valid Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission. Minimum of 12 months of permanent endoscopy or GI experience. Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong knowledge of ECG rhythm recognition and sedation protocols. Ability to pass required assessments, including ECG recognition and safe Medicate modules.
