Remote Cost Accounting Manager

Location: Remote (US) | Hybrid with approximately 10% onsite in Winona, MN

Key Responsibilities: Lead cost accounting and inventory management across manufactured and distributed product lines Manage month-end close activities including inventory, COGS, reconciliations, and financial reporting support Analyze product profitability, margins, inventory performance, and cost variances Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve costing accuracy and resolve inventory issues Drive ERP enhancements, reporting automation, and process documentation initiatives Lead and mentor team members while establishing performance expectations and operational excellence
