Field Robotics Deployment Engineer

RLWRLD is seeking an experienced robotics deployment engineer to own the end-to-end lifecycle—from data collection and model fine-tuning to physical deployment and production monitoring. Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years of field robotics experience, a scrappy approach to debugging, and solid hands-on work with perception hardware and VLA architectures. Travel 50–75% across the US is expected; Korean language skills are a plus.
