Facilities Manager

Responsibilities include: Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and conduct site visits to maintain consistent safety, cleanliness, and operational standards across locations. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpet cleaning, furniture repairs, and general building upkeep. Coordinate office build-outs and renovation projects, working closely with contractors, architects, and building management. Manage facilities-related vendor relationships, negotiate service agreements, evaluate performance, and source and onboard vendors as needed. Approve and process vendor invoices, maintain accurate records, and manage purchasing requests and vendor accounts within established budget authority. Supervise Miami reception, housekeeping, and office services staff, ensuring appropriate reception coverage and consistent front-of-house service. Coach and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster a service-oriented culture aligned with the firm's people-first values. Oversee purchasing and inventory for furniture, groceries, kitchen supplies, office supplies, and other consumables across locations. Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, track expenditures, report variances, and identify cost savings without compromising quality or workplace experience. Partner with firm leadership on long-range space planning and capital projects.
