Work directly with ISPs and carrier providers to investigate WAN circuit outages, coordinate troubleshooting activities, and restore enterprise WAN connectivity. Implement network segmentation and micro segmentation strategies using VLAN architecture, firewall policy enforcement, and access control mechanisms. Configure and support secure site-to-site IPsec VPN connectivity across hybrid enterprise and cloud environments. Support hybrid cloud networking integrations including Azure VNets and AWS Transit Gateway connectivity. Monitor network health using enterprise monitoring tools to analyze telemetry, traffic flows, and performance metrics. Support Cisco Meraki MX SD-WAN deployments providing secure connectivity across multi-site enterprise environments. Perform root cause analysis (RCA), document incidents, and support production network upgrades and infrastructure migrations..
