Deputy General Counsel Commercial Litigation

Fermi Inc, doing business as Fermi America, is seeking an experienced Deputy General Counsel to oversee commercial litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation disputes while providing broad legal support across its operations and portfolio. The successful candidate will manage outside counsel, translate complex risks into practical recommendations, and work with executives and business teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A JD, TX bar preferred, and 7–10 years of experience are expected.
