Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to all guests Guide guests through food and beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and seasonal menu items Maintain a clean, organized section and uphold all sanitation standards Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth Contribute to the upbeat, social atmosphere of the rooftop environment

Qualifications: 12 years of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale bar/restaurant Strong knowledge of food and beverage fundamentals Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-energy setting Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused mindset Positive attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
