Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications: Current Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
