Total Package Value: Earn$55,000 – $85,000+including milestone fees and allowances.
Guaranteed Milestone Pay:
$1,000 signing bonus, $500–$1,000 IVF start fee, $1,500–$2,000 transfer fee, and $200–$300/mo personal allowance.

Smooth pregnancy history with no major medical complications
