Required Qualifications: Five or more years of experience in skilled nursing or related post-acute care operations, focusing on central intake and prior authorization Proven experience in coordinating referrals, verifying insurance, and managing time-sensitive follow-ups Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, medical necessity, and managed care processes Experience collaborating with various healthcare teams, including admissions and nursing staff Ability to train others and manage competing priorities while documenting workflows effectively
