Family Engagement Specialist

Ulster County Community Action Committee seeks a Family Worker to deliver services and advocacy for Head Start families, aligning with Performance Standards and our Head Start Plan. You will support family engagement, school readiness goals, and full enrollment. You will conduct recruitment and enrollment, set goals with families, perform home visits, and coordinate workshops, committees, and referrals. Daily GoEngage documentation is required, with some evening commitments.
