What You'll Do:
- Prepare federal and state tax returns
- Provide proactive tax planning strategies and recommendations
- Conduct tax research and stay current on tax law changes
- Respond to IRS, Colorado Department of Revenue, and other tax authority inquiries
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and trusted tax advice
- Utilize tax software to prepare and process returns efficiently
- What They Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting 4-7+ years of tax preparation experience
- Strong knowledge of corporate and individual tax returns
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with a major ERP system is a plusCPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred
