Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards Registered Nurse (RN)

Qualifications:
- Active RN license
