Finance Controller: Lead Accounting, Automate AI, CFO Path

PCI Group is seeking a Controller in Pineville, NC to oversee all accounting activities, reporting, and financial systems. The role partners with the CFO, operations, IT and owner to strengthen processes, controls and systems. You will lead a team of five and own NetSuite, with a focus on automation, AI adoption, and data-driven decision making. You will drive the annual budget, forecasts, KPI reporting and cash management, while coordinating external audits and tax compliance.
