What you’ll do:
Manage an active caseload and track deadlines and case status. Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents. Assist with document review, productions, and privilege logs. Prepare deposition exhibits, summarize transcripts, and support trial preparation. Monitor Arizona court dockets and handle e-filing.
What we’re looking for:
2-3+ years of paralegal experience with substantial litigation work Experience with Arizona law, court procedures, and e-filing Strong writing, organization, and spreadsheet skills Ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy practice
