Office Experience Team Lead, Tax Services

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an in-person Office Experience Manager to lead a team of Tax Advisors and CSPs, translate directives into disciplined execution, and accelerate seasonal tax business. The role starts part-time in fall and expands through January–April, with evening and weekend hours as needed. This is an in-person position requiring on-site presence to coach, develop, and drive office growth.
