Base salary: $145,000 – $165,000+, commensurate with experience
Annual billables bonus: Up to $50,000

About the Role:
This position involves working on complex insurance coverage litigation, including:
Commercial first-party insurance
Third-party liability
Professional liability
Bad faith coverage disputes
The role includes responsibility for motion practice, coverage opinions, discovery, and client communications, working as part of a collaborative team within a nationally prominent practice.
Requirements: JD from an accredited law school with above-average academic credentials
Admission to practice law in the State of Florida
Minimum of 3 years of private practice experience
Ideal Candidate Profile: Admission to multiple state jurisdictions a plus
Litigation experience handling insurance coverage matters across all phases, from pre-litigation management through motion practice and settlement or trial
Strong legal writing skills with advanced legal research and analytical proficiency
Interest in long-term career development within a firm that is nationally and internationally recognized in insurance and reinsurance and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
