Recruitment Consultant: Public Sector

Our client is a prestigious financial services firm located in Manhattan and they are operating in a hybrid model. Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc. Work closely with HR Program Manager to create and enact dynamic university talent acquisition strategies Along with the HR team, manage the job offer process including employment verification/references, hire date, starting salary, etc. Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods. Bachelor's degree is required~ 3+ years of full cycle campus recruiting experience~
